Instructions. Using the marking pen write name along the tape on the back of the iron shiny side. Go over each letter several times, pressing firmly with the pen.

Neatly cut off the required length of tape and round the corners of the label. Place the name tab shiny side down onto the garment. Iron the tape for 20 seconds with firm pressure using a dry iron set to the maximum temperature for the particular material being labelled.

For synthetics, use a dry pressing cloth, so higher temperatures can be used. Care should be taken when applying to stretch fabric.

Successful application depends on dry heat, time, pressure.
